The basics about how we work and what to expect

Every programme begins with a thorough discovery consultation. During this phase, we speak with key stakeholders — typically HR leaders, department heads and senior management — to understand your organisation's strategic goals, current skill gaps and cultural nuances. Based on these insights, our instructional designers create bespoke content, select appropriate delivery methods and build exercises that reflect your industry context. We also align assessment criteria to your internal competency frameworks so that learning outcomes are directly measurable against your existing performance metrics.
We offer four primary delivery formats: in-person workshops held at your premises or our training centre in Wales; live virtual sessions delivered via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or your preferred platform; self-paced e-learning modules accessible through our learning management system; and blended programmes that combine elements of all three. The right format depends on your team's size, geographical spread, budget and learning objectives — and we are happy to advise during the consultation stage.
Pricing varies depending on several factors: programme length, group size, the degree of customisation required and the delivery format selected. For example, a one-day in-person workshop for up to 15 participants typically starts from around £2,500, while a comprehensive multi-month blended programme will be quoted individually. We provide a detailed, no-obligation proposal after the initial consultation so you can evaluate the investment against expected outcomes before committing.
We work across a wide range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, technology, retail, manufacturing, professional services, the public sector and the charity and non-profit space. Our facilitators bring diverse industry backgrounds, which means we can match you with a trainer who genuinely understands the regulatory landscape, competitive pressures and day-to-day realities of your field. If your industry is not listed, please get in touch — chances are we have experience in it or a closely related sector.
Programme duration ranges from a focused half-day skills workshop to a year-long leadership development journey with multiple touchpoints. Most clients opt for programmes of two to five days spread over several weeks, which allows time for participants to apply new skills on the job between sessions. We design the schedule around your operational constraints so that training does not disrupt business-critical activities.
All of our facilitators are experienced professionals with a minimum of ten years' industry and training experience. Many hold advanced qualifications in learning and development, organisational psychology or their specialist discipline. We carefully match each facilitator to the client based on sector expertise, training style and programme objectives. You will always have the opportunity to review your assigned trainer's profile and, if you wish, arrange an introductory call before the programme begins.
Absolutely. We believe that sustainable behaviour change requires reinforcement beyond the classroom. Depending on the programme, post-training support may include follow-up coaching sessions (individual or group), access to our digital resource library with toolkits and reference materials, refresher webinars at 30, 60 and 90 days, and a dedicated account manager who checks in to track progress against agreed KPIs. These elements can be included in the core programme or added as optional extras.
We understand that business priorities can shift. Cancellations made more than 21 days before the scheduled start date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 21 days incur a 25% administrative fee to cover preparation costs already incurred. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable; however, we will work with you to reschedule to a mutually convenient date at no additional charge. Substituting one participant for another is always free of charge regardless of timing.
Yes. While our training centre is based in Wales, we regularly deliver in-person programmes at client sites across Europe and have facilitated virtual sessions for teams in North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. For international engagements, we adjust content for cultural context and time-zone considerations. Travel and accommodation costs for in-person delivery outside the UK are quoted separately and transparently.
We use a multi-level evaluation framework inspired by the Kirkpatrick model. Level 1 captures participant satisfaction through post-session surveys. Level 2 assesses knowledge gain via pre- and post-training assessments. Level 3 measures behavioural change on the job through manager observations and self-reports at 30 and 90 days. Where feasible, Level 4 evaluates business impact — for example, changes in productivity, customer satisfaction or employee retention. We compile all findings into a comprehensive impact report for your leadership team.
